A 50% deposit is required on all cash sale orders. Deposits are non refundable on special order material. Special order material is non refundable. These items are indicated on your quote as "the above item is non-returnable" The customer must initial by each of these items on the quote. No handling will apply to stock material returned to one of our branches. A 15% handling charge will apply to stock material returned via our truck.

Returns- Customers have 90 days from date of purchase to return stock material. Material must be in original box & in re-sellable condition or else material is not returnable.

Shortages & Damages- Must be reported immediately to the drivers.

Concealed Damage- Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to report concealed damages.

Delivery Charge- There is a $50.00 delivery charge on all Truck Deliveries.
